Sabine Reimers worked in the field of human resources and organizational development at a university research institute and a consulting firm.

For 10 years she has been working in HR positions in several divisions of a company in electrical industry. Her core tasks is the activation of individual potential for and in organisational contexts. In her current position, she is responsible for talent management in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
